Managing Patients
-
You can check if a patient has a treatment plan assigned by navigating to the Patient Details page. If the patient has not yet been assigned a treatment plan or has not completed any sessions, the Objective and Sessions pages will be empty.
-
The Patient Overview list includes columns for Patient Name, EMR Patient ID, Date of Birth (DOB), Email, Clinicians assigned to the patient, Registration Date, Details, and an Edit Patient option. This information helps clinicians manage and track patient records efficiently.
-
To display a patient's details, first navigate to the Patient Overview List. Click on the patient's name in the Patient Name field. This will open the Patient Details page, providing access to the patient's treatment plans, objectives, and sessions.
-
To update a patient’s information, click the pencil icon next to the patient's entry in the Patient Overview list. This will open the Edit Patient form. Update the necessary fields and click "Save" to save the changes or click "Cancel" to discard the changes. Note that some fields may not be editable.
-
To add a new patient, click the "Add Patient" button in the top right corner of the Patient Overview page. Fill in the required details such as Name, Email, Address, and Height. The Date of Birth is optional. After entering the information, click "Save" to add the patient to the Patient Overview list or click "Cancel" to abort the operation.
-
To find patients, click on the "Patients" option in Intel RealSense PT Metrics. This will display the Patient Overview list, showing all current and past patients who have been treated in the clinic. You can also search for a specific patient by typing their name or any part of it in the Search field at the top of the page.
Performing Activities
-
The progress bar shows how many assigned activities you have completed. A crown icon appears if you finish all activities for the day, and the bar turns green. If some activities remain incomplete, the bar fills up with blue to indicate partial progress.
-
Go to the Menu → Schedule to see an overview of your daily activities. The screen shows completed, skipped, and upcoming activities, allowing you to track your progress against the goals set by your clinician.
-
You can view the results by selecting Menu → Results from the Home screen. The system shows the last 12 results of each completed activity, helping you track your progress over time.
-
After completing a session, the system displays the session’s results, including measurements taken during activities and goals set by your clinician. You can also complete a feedback survey if prompted.
-
An activity is considered finished when you click the "I'm Done" button, complete all sets and repetitions, or the assigned time for the activity runs out.
-
To complete a skipped activity, go to the Schedule menu, where all skipped activities are listed as "Not Completed." Click Start next to the skipped activity to perform it.
-
Yes, you can stop a session at any point and resume it later. To stop, click the Home button, and to resume, click the Resume button from the Home screen when you’re ready to continue.
-
If an activity is too difficult or painful, you can skip it by clicking the Skip This Exercise button. You will then be prompted to provide a reason for skipping the activity, and you can type additional notes if desired.
-
Watch the instructional video and read the information on the activity screen to ensure you understand the exercise before starting. When ready, click the Continue button or wave your hand in front of the camera.
-
You should position yourself approximately 1.5 to 2 meters (about 6 feet) away from the camera, ensuring the lens is pointed directly at you. The system may guide you with audio and visual instructions to help you get in the correct position.
-
The system tracks, counts, and measures your performance, such as repetitions of exercises and the precision of movements like knee angles. It also provides visual and audio instructions to guide you through each activity.
