Patient App: Signing In

Before you arrive at the clinic for the first time, a username and temporary password should already be created for you and sent to you by email. You will be guided through creating a new password to use each time you sign in to Intel® RealSense™ PT Metrics, as described below.

  • If you have already signed in at least once, sign in and skip this section.
  • If you have never signed in before, sign in with the temporary password that you received to create your account. The procedure below describes how to create a new, permanent password.

To sign in to Intel Intel RealSense PT Metrics for the first time:

If the tablet's screen goes dark, tap on it twice and swipe your finger upwards. If this does not turn the screen on, a short press on the On/Off button will turn the screen on.

If the following is shown on the screen, tap anywhere on the screen to continue:

 

The following screen is shown:

 

Enter your email and the temporary password you received, and click the Next button.

In the Password field, enter a password that you want to use from now on and then click the Next button.

  • Contain at least eight characters
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter
  • Contain at least one lowercase letter
  • Contain at least one digit
  • Contain at least one special character (for example $, %, & or !)

bulb icon.png We recommend using a phrase that is easy to remember and, on the other hand, is not an English word. For example, append two English words together: Bookwitch1!

Save it in a safe place where only you can find it.

Click the Eye eye icon.png icon to show the password you are entering.

If the password you entered doesn’t meet the requirements for a good password, the Sign In button appears grayed-out.

The application shows which of the password requirements you have met and which not. For example, in the image below, the first and fourth conditions have not yet been met

Reenter the exact same password in the Confirm Password field.

If the two password entries don't match, the message "Passwords do not match" is shown.

[Optional] Mark the I agree to Intel RealSense PT Metric's Privacy Notice and Data Collection Consent checkbox by clicking on it. Clicking on the blue link shows the privacy notice details if you want to read it.

[Optional] Mark the I agree to Intel RealSense PT Metric's HIPAA Authorization checkbox by clicking on it. Clicking on the blue link shows the details of the privacy HIPAA Authorization if you want to read it.

 

Note – You do not have to agree to either of these privacy notices. This does not affect your sessions or treatment in any way.

Note – If you enter the wrong email or password three times in a row, you must wait 30 minutes before you can try to sign in again.

 

Click the Sign In button. The Home screen is shown.

 

 

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password:

Click on the Forgot password? link, shown below:

 

Enter your email address and click the Continue button. A reset code is sent to this email address.

Enter the code sent to your mail. The following screen is shown, where you can set a new password.

NOTE – The new password must be different than passwords you have used in the past.
