Troubleshooting Accessories

  • Updated

If you're experiencing issues with accessories connected to your device, follow this step-by-step guide to diagnose and resolve the problem.

Identify the Accessory Issue

Begin by determining whether the issue lies with the battery pack, tablet, or cables.

Battery Pack Troubleshooting

  1. Check the Charger:
    • Use the included charger (inbox charger) and test the battery again.
    • If it works: No further action is required.
    • If it doesn’t work:
      • Are you using the inbox charger?
      • Yes: If the battery still fails, order a replacement charger.
      • No: Try using a Type-C PD capable charger and retest.
  2. Check the USB Power Bank:
    • Are the lights on the power bank visible?
    • Yes: Continue troubleshooting.
    • No: Open the power bank and ensure all cables are connected properly. If the problem persists, order a replacement power bank.
    • If there are no lights or the issue remains unresolved, further investigation or professional service may be required.

Tablet Troubleshooting

  1. Check if the Tablet Boots:
    • Does the tablet power on?
    • Yes: The issue might be related to a loose USB cable. Verify that all cables are properly connected.
    • No: Proceed to the next step.
  2. Check Cable Connections in the Power Box:
    • Are all cables connected correctly?
    • Yes: Retest the device. If it boots, continue using the tablet normally.
    • No: Connect an external charger to the tablet and test again. If the tablet still doesn’t boot, consider ordering a replacement part for the tablet.

Cable Troubleshooting

  1. Inspect for Visible Damage:
    • Is the cable visibly damaged?
    • Yes: Order a replacement cable.
    • No: Continue to the next step.
  2. Check Cable Connections:
    • If a cable is disconnected or you are unsure where it connects, refer to the instruction manual for proper setup.
    • After connecting all cables according to the manual, retest the setup. If the issue persists, consider ordering replacement parts for missing or non-functioning cables.

Special Notes for Cables

  • If a cable is lost, it's best to order official replacement parts. Non-certified or generic cables may not be compatible with your device and could cause disconnections or other issues.
  • When using a USB hub, ensure all cables are properly connected. If the tablet doesn’t work after reconnecting the cables, you may need to replace the tablet.
